Local Residential Beds

FOCUS provides 18 residential beds within the community to support adults with enduring mental illness. 

Our largest unit of accommodation, Camelot, provides medium to long term care for seven adults with enduring mental illness in a pleasant family home environment. Residents are provided with 24 hour supervised care by a small dedicated staff group led by Julie Crisp.

We also provide bedsit accomodation with shared facilities for up to five younger adults at our unit in 10 Winchester Street. This provides accommodation with excellent shared facilities for predominantly younger adults [ 20-40 years ] who are able to lead a more independent life within the community with the support of the resident wardens, Luisa and Enmanuel Fernandes pictured below.

We also provide five self-contained one bedroomed flats, three at Oakville in St. Saviours Road and a further two in New Street for those who are able to live independently in the community with the support of the Adult Mental Health Services Community Support Team.
